Fresh!
So as you’ve probably noticed I’m making a few changes. I’ve started a fresh new facebook page (that I intend to utilise), I’ve created a new logo (about time), and I’ve re-designed the .com!
I’m also running new promotions! Now because I have this kooky thing about all the weird holidays that people celebrate, I’ve decided to base my promo’s off them! Awesome! If you missed last month (March 20th was International Proposal Day, so I gave 25% to all engagement shoots booked in the month of March) NEVER FEAR, BECAUSE APRIL IS HERE! April’s promo is in celebration of Barcelona’s Lover’s Day! Which falls on the 23rd. I’m offering 25% off to all couples who book their shoot in April (session does not have to take place in April, just be booked.) Which is AWESOME because it means you don’t have to be married or engaged or with child to receive the offer! you just have to have a partner!
Cheers, anyway – to new beginnings!

The “Right” Photographer
Most importantly – your photographs are about you. I firmly stick to my belief that it is not the best, or the cheapest (or the most expensive, for that matter) photographer that one should choose, but the right photographer. You need to feel – on what may be the most important, the best day of your life – that you have made the best decision for you. I take a photojournalistic approach to wedding photography, simply because I do not believe that people want to look back at their wedding photographs as a bunch of posed shots of themselves being told how to stand, how to look and how to love. I believe, that the best way to remember every little aspect of your big, big day – is to have it documented as it happened. This way, in 20 years, you can look back at an image of yourself laughing, or crying and think ‘oh, remember when (insert name here) said (insert phrase here)!’ ‘and oooohhh, how cute/hilarious/moving was it when (insert name here) said (insert speech/phrase/joke/random comment here)!’. Your wedding photographs should really remind you, of all the beautiful/touching/momentous tiny little weensy things, that made you feel happy/sad/euphoric/sentimental on your big day. No one should tell you how to feel, you should just feel it, and it should be captured exactly as it happened.
